By accessing or using QuickExtraction ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. We may update these Terms from time to time, and your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

QuickExtraction is a cloud-based document data extraction platform. The Service allows you to upload documents, configure extraction fields, and use artificial intelligence to automatically extract structured data. The Service includes features such as Gmail integration, vendor recognition, learning from corrections, and data export.

To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You agree not to use the Service to: (a) violate any applicable law or regulation; (b) upload or process documents containing illegal content; (c) attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the Service; (d) interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure; (e) use the Service to extract data from documents you do not have the right to process; (f) resell or redistribute the Service without our written consent.

Your documents and extracted data are your property. We process your data solely to provide the Service. Our handling of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. You represent that you have the right to upload and process all documents submitted to the Service, and that doing so does not violate any third-party rights.

The Service offers multiple subscription tiers with varying usage limits and features. Free tier users are subject to monthly extraction limits. Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. We are not liable for any downtime, data loss, or service interruptions caused by factors beyond our reasonable control.

The Service, including its design, code, algorithms, and documentation, is owned by QuickExtraction and protected by intellectual property laws. Your use of the Service does not grant you any ownership rights in the Service. You retain all rights to your documents and extracted data.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuickExtraction shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request export of your data within 30 days of termination. After 30 days, your data may be permanently deleted.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
