Software License Agreement

Subject to your compliance with these terms and payment of applicable fees, QuickExtraction grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes during the term of your subscription.

You may not: (a) sublicense, sell, lease, or distribute the Service or any part thereof; (b) modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the Service; (c) reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the Service; (d) remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or marks on the Service; (e) use the Service to build a competing product or service.

QuickExtraction retains all right, title, and interest in the Service, including all intellectual property rights. This license does not convey any ownership rights. Any feedback or suggestions you provide about the Service may be used by us without obligation to you.

You retain all rights to the documents you upload and the data extracted from them. You grant QuickExtraction a limited license to process your documents solely to provide the Service, including using your corrections to improve extraction accuracy for your account.

If you access the Service via API, you agree to use the API in accordance with our documentation and rate limits. API keys are confidential and must not be shared. We reserve the right to throttle or suspend API access for excessive or abusive usage.

The Service integrates with third-party services (Google Gmail, AI providers, cloud storage). Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms. We are not responsible for third-party service availability or changes.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT EXTRACTIONS WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless QuickExtraction from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; (d) documents you upload or data you process through the Service.

This license terminates automatically if you violate any of its terms. Either party may terminate the license at any time. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Service. Sections relating to ownership, limitation of liability, and indemnification survive termination.
