What counts as a page?
One PDF page or one image. A 10-page invoice = 10 pages. A spreadsheet or Word doc always counts as 1 page no matter how many rows.
Do unused pages roll over?
No. Pages reset on the first of every month.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Click cancel in your billing settings. We don't lock you in or hide the cancel button.
What happens if I exceed my plan?
On Pro and Business, overage is $0.05 per page. On Free, extraction pauses until next month or you upgrade. We'll always email before charging anything.
Is my document data private?
Yes. Documents are encrypted at rest and in transit. We don't train AI models on your data. Configurable retention—delete after 7 days, 30 days, or whatever fits your policy.
