How do I get started?
Sign up, pick the fields you want to extract (start with one of our templates like Invoice or Receipt), then upload a document. The AI extracts the fields and shows them next to the original PDF with visual annotations. Trial includes 100 documents over 14 days.
What file types are supported?
PDF (single or multi-page), PNG, JPG/JPEG images, Excel (XLSX and legacy XLS), CSV, and Word docs (DOCX). Maximum file size is 50 MB. Spreadsheets and Word docs are extracted as text only — no visual annotations.
Which plans include Gmail / Outlook auto-import?
Auto-import (Gmail, Outlook, Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive) starts on the Pro plan. Connect your account from Settings → Integrations and pick a label or folder to watch. New documents are pulled in every 5–10 minutes.
How accurate is the extraction?
It depends on the document quality, the field, and how unusual the layout is. Clean PDFs with typed text are extracted reliably; scanned receipts with poor lighting are harder. After you correct a field, the system feeds those corrections into future extractions — so accuracy on your specific senders gets better over time. For repeat vendors, set up a Vendor Template for the best results.
How does the learning work?
Every time you correct a field, the correction is saved per user. On future extractions, your recent corrections are sent to the AI as examples. The number of corrections used as context depends on your plan (10 on Free, up to 150 on Enterprise).
Can I access my data via API?
Yes, on the Business plan and above. Generate keys in Settings → Developer. The v1 API today is read-only — list your documents and extractions — and is documented inside the app once you sign in.
Do you offer webhooks?
Yes, on the Business plan and above. Configure them in Settings → Webhooks. Requests are HMAC-SHA256 signed; verification details are in the in-app API reference.
How is my data secured?
Documents are stored in encrypted cloud storage with time-limited signed URLs. Auth is handled by Clerk (Google OAuth, Microsoft OAuth, email). We don't train AI models on your data. Retention is configurable per plan (7 days on Free, 90 on Pro, 1 year on Business, custom on Enterprise) — older documents are deleted automatically.
What if a document fails to extract?
Open the document — the status will show the reason. Most failures are bad scans, password-protected PDFs, or files outside our supported types. Re-upload a cleaner version, or contact support and we'll take a look.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Go to Settings → Billing → Manage subscription. You'll keep access through the end of the current billing period.
